Win 1 Year of Monster*
Article 1 – Organizer
The competition is organized by My American Shop, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
The competition is neither organized, sponsored, nor endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Monster Energy.
Article 2 – Duration
The competition is open from July 25, 2026 at 00:00 until August 9, 2026 at 23:59.
The winner will be announced on August 10, 2026.
Article 3 – Eligibility and Participation
Participation is open to any adult or minor with the authorization of their legal representative.
To participate via the website:
- each order placed and validated during the competition period gives the participant one entry.
Only one entry is granted per order.
Orders cancelled or refunded before the draw will not be taken into account.
Article 4 – Participation on Social Media
Participants may also enter the competition on social media according to the terms specified in the official post.
The requirements include:
- following the My American Shop and Planet Foods accounts;
- tagging a friend in the comments.
Each comment tagging a new friend constitutes an additional entry.
Fake accounts, automated accounts or fraudulent comments may be excluded.
Article 5 – Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will be conducted randomly.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
Article 6 – Prize
The winner will receive:
100 Monster Energy cans of their choice, symbolically corresponding to "1 year of Monster".
Important Condition
Winners residing in Belgium may only select Monster products legally marketed in Belgium.
Winners residing in other countries served by My American Shop may select from the products available for sale in their country at the time of shipment.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
Article 7 – Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted via the email address used when placing the order or via social media.
If no response is received within 7 calendar days, a new draw may be conducted.
Delivery costs will be covered by the Organizer.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the competition.
It will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Each participant has the rights provided for under the GDPR.
Article 9 – Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
- a technical issue preventing participation;
- a delivery delay beyond its control;
- force majeure.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the competition if circumstances so require.
Article 10 – Acceptance
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification.
